Over this past weekend, I observed a low flying military style black helicopter making several passes over the area I know to be the old ILP base. This happened on Saturday at about 1:30 PM. Though I have not been in that wooded area for a long time, I can’t help but to wonder if someone else was “exploring” in those woods on Saturday.
